DeMoulin offers our Uniform Management System software FREE OF CHARGE to our customers, to help you organize, inventory and distribute your uniforms to your music organization more efficiently. The Uniform Management System will manage student information regarding the assignment of band uniforms and is alterable on a continuing basis as sizing needs change. The program contains an auto-assign feature which automatically assigns uniform pieces to the students based on their entered measurements. In addition, the student database includes full contact information for student and guardian, and possesses the ability to generate address labels and garment bag identification tags. The system also produces student uniform rental/agreement sheets.

DeMoulin’s Uniform Management System software is uniform management made easy. It assists you with inventory, assignment, distribution and paperwork.

• Windows XP – Pentium III 500MHz or higher – 256MB of RAM
• Windows Vista – 800MHz 32-bit (x86) or higher – 512MB of RAM
• 1024×768 or higher resolution
• Note to Windows 7 Users: In order to avoid experiencing user rights issues, you must install the software into the C:\Users\Public\folder.

• To install the UMS program:
  Download ums4_setup.exe from the above link to your Desktop or some place you can find it later.
  Double-click on ums4_setup.exe to run the installer.
  Your Uniform Management System should now be installed.
  Double-click on Uniform Management System to launch the program.

Macintosh v4 Minimum System Requirements:

• Mac OS 10.4.8 – PowerPC G3, G4, G5, or Intel-based Mac – 256 MB of RAM
• Mac OS 10.5 – PowerPC G4 (867MHz+), PowerPC G5, or Intel-based Mac – 512 MB of RAM
• 1024×768 or higher resolution
• Macintosh Version (v 4), download here

• To install the UMS program:
  Download ums4_installer.dmg from the above link to your Desktop or some place you can find it later.
  Double-click on ums4_installer.dmg to mount the disk image.
  Drag the UMS folder to the Applications folder on your Macintosh HD.
  Double-click Uniform Management System to launch the program.

Macintosh v3.6 (Classic) Minimum System Requirements:

• Power Macintosh (without OS X or OS X/Classic) – 16 MB RAM – System 7.61 or later
• 800×600 resolution
• Macintosh Version (v 3.6), download here

• To install the UMS program:
  Download ums36.sea from the above link to your Desktop or some place you can find it later.
  Double-click on ums36.sea to expand the setup program. This should create a UMS Solution folder.
  Your Uniform Management System should now be installed.
  Double-click Uniform Management System to launch the program.
